Consent to Electronic Communications

Introduction


In this agreement, "we," "us," "our," "Clav," and "Givefront" refer to Givefront and its associated entities. "You" and "your" refer to the business entities or individuals registering for a Givefront account or utilizing a Givefront product. "Communications" encompasses all forms of disclosures, notices, agreements, fee schedules, privacy policies, statements, records, documents, and any other information we provide to you, or that you sign, submit, or agree to at our request.

Givefront is committed to delivering an exceptional online banking and financial services experience, which includes providing you with information electronically. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge your willingness and capability to receive Communications electronically, constituting your consent to such electronic delivery. Should you decline to consent to receive Communications electronically, you will be unable to open a Givefront account. Furthermore, withdrawing your consent to electronic Communications after giving it may result in the termination of your Account.

Delivery Methods


To effectively receive and retain electronic Communications from Givefront, you must have:

  • A computer or mobile device with an operating system capable of supporting the requirements listed below;

  • An active internet connection;

  • A recent version of a supported web browser, such as Edge (version 42 or higher), Firefox (version 62 or higher), Safari (version 12 or higher), or Chrome (version 69 or higher);

  • A means to store data, such as a hard drive;

  • A valid, active email address;

  • A current version of software capable of displaying PDF files.

We reserve the right to update these requirements as necessary to continue offering electronic Communications. Should there be a significant change in these requirements, we will provide you with updated information.

Updating Contact Information


Maintaining accurate and current contact information is your responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of electronic Communications. You can update your email address and other relevant contact details by logging into your online account on the Givefront website, within the "Settings" section, or by contacting us directly at support@clavhq.com.

Requesting Paper Copies


Upon request, we may, at our discretion, provide paper copies of certain electronic Communications, though we are under no obligation to do so. To request a paper copy, you may print the electronic Communication yourself or ask us to mail you a paper copy by contacting support@clavhq.com.

Communications in Writing


By law, we are obligated to provide certain information to you "in writing." Thus, all Communications sent to you, whether in electronic or paper format, will be considered delivered "in writing."

Withdrawing Consent


You have the right to withdraw your consent to this agreement at any time. Doing so will result in the termination of your Givefront account, including access to our Website and App. In accordance with this Agreement, a refund check for any remaining balance may be issued upon account termination. Withdraw your consent by emailing us at support@clavhq.com.
